- I have heard it said by many Dishonest, and or Ignorant Leftists, that some
extremely non-Specific PDB a month before the 11th, was the one thing that
should have led Bush (43) to stopping the 11th, and that since he did not heed
to the Patently Vague PDB and stop the 11th, then he Failed, and even more, is
possibly Culpable for the 11th...

bin Laden Declared War on us in 1996.
A known Terrorist, who had already Attacked the Trade Center with his Surrogates
in 1993, Declared War on us in a very Public way in 1996.
The Sudanese Offered to turn bin Laden over to us, and Clinton said there was no
Legal Justification for it.
4 years passed, more bin Laden backed Attacks Against us and our Allies
happened, and what was the Response?...
Agitating Arabs by destroying their Medicines with Cruise Missiles while trying
to Distract from one's Impeachment?...
By the way, the Thorough and Specific Report that was given to Clinton in 1999,
outlining bin Laden and al Qaeda wanting to use Jets to dive bomb buildings such
as the Pentagon, was never Responded to either, and Clinton did not have a Court
Delayed Transition of Power to deal with in 1999 or 2000, hell, he didn't even
have Impeachment any longer...
