Status Quo/Continued Minority Status = "Victory" for DemocRATS?

(ap) - So, am I to Understand that (2) Governor's Houses that were DemocRAT Controlled before the Election in November 2005, and remain in DemocRAT Control after the Election, is some type of National Referendum on Bush (43) and the REPUBLICan Party in general?...

The DemocRATS and their "Free Press" Celebrated this Status Quo Election as if it were a bigger Victory than the '94 Rout by the GOP in both Houses of Congress, which the Left saw as only "Tantrum" (Peter Jennings).

The largest Transfer of Political Power in the History of Congressional Elections, by the way... A "2-year-old" having a "Temper Tantrum"... Classic!

In case this is getting by you, the DemocRATS control no more of Government today, than they did after the 2004 Elections.

The REPUBLICan Dominance in the Governorships Nationally was unchanged this Month by the RE-Election of (2) DemocRATS, one in DemocRAT stronghold, New Jersey.

So why are the DemocRATS and their "Free Press" acting as if this was "the Gubernatorial Rout of 2005", when in Fact it was quite Meaningless Politically?...

Because they Hope to Create the Perception of a Failing GOP leading into the 2006 Elections, end of list.

The Bias is as Self-evident as the 28% Approval Rating the DemocRATS in Congress currently enjoy, but the "Free Press" neglects to Inform you about while telling you how much you Disapprove of Bush (43) in every other Poll.

 

Personally, I will be Concerned next Summer about the Fall Elections of 2006...  The DemocRATS waging that battle now, is a waste of time and resources, but they have been known to take an inordinate amount of rope in the past, so...

 

If the DemocRATS Feel that 2005 was "Victorious" for them, then I Hope they have the same "Victory" in 2006 and 2008, because I am all about keeping the current Status Quo @ 1600, in Congress, and in the Governor's Houses.
